He's white, why do you care? You can't make this a race issue...

legit question, here ... i think most government employees at the state, local and federal level view the citizenry as sheep who need to shut their mouth and obey ...

but why do i need to give a frick about someone who is that inebriated being somewhat accidentally roughed up by a cop? ...

I try to look at all of these incidents without bias, and I must say this one looks terribly excessive.

Yes, we should absolutely tolerate police slamming harmless people into groud because they commit misdemanors.

It's really amazing to me that cops seem surprised or disappointed that people hate them and don't want to help them. He just cracked that kid's skull to prove he was a badass who could crack the skull of a drunk kid half his size. Real badass. Now don't wonder why some a-hole decides to start shooting the next time you decide to prove what a badass you are, pig.

Wasn't "really" resisting

What does that mean?

Did you see the part where he was trying to pull his hands away from the cop? You said yourself he doesn't know what he is doing, how can the cop expect him to act reasonably if he gets his hands free

You are a moron plain in simple. He wasn't trying to slam his head into the ground he was trying to stop him from resisting.

How would you stop him from resisting? Please enlighten us

The cop did not give him one command. Not even to put his hands behind his back or that he was being arrested.

I'd start by giving him some commands. That's for sure. If the due turned to talk, I would have made it clear verbally to keep his hands behind his back. Dude was drunk and harmless.

The video I see starts when he is taking his hands behind his back. Do you know what was said before that?

That's the biggest problem with these videos, you have no idea what led up to this. Obviously something went down for people to open up their phones and start filming, people aren't just walking around filming random people.

Again, how would you stop him from resisting and pulling his hands away?

Still waiting for you to tell me how to stop someone from resisting when they are trying to pull their hands away and your objective is to get them in handcuffs
