Huntington Cop Slams Man Head First Onto Concrete

Dude was way drunk, not belligerent. Oh and he was half the cop's size. Turned to talk to whoever. Protected and served. Pretty sure the guy would have gotten on the ground if asked or told. Cop have him no commands to put his hands behind his back or even get on the ground. Justify away folks

Only bad thing in this video, is the cop not knowing how to properly handle a pair of cuffs. If he had, the guy would have had time to bend his arm like that.

Cop was justified... The fellow was beginning to resist. I don't know that he fully expected the guy's head to bounce off the ground like it did though.
