The gathering was organised by YouTube stars Chad and JT who suggested not all attendees need small penises to participate.
"Small dong big heart," one person's placard wrote.
"There's nothing wrong with a small dong," another declared.
One person took inspiration from the Me Too movement, a phrase used by women speaking out about sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
"Me Too," his placard read.
"My 4inch Frank is Dank," another wrote.
A 2014 analysis of data from 15,521 men found the average non-erect penis is 9.16cm [3.6 inches] with the average erect size 13.12cm [5.16 inches].
Another study defined a "micropenis" as a penis that is less than 4cm [1.6 inches] in length.

In Asia micro-sized would be average and below average would be Magnum dong size
