I'm kinda shocked by all the anti-Hefner posts from the so-called libertarians here. I guess they simply don't understand the enormous impact Playboy had.
I give Hefner credit not only for expanding freedom of expression, but also for his good taste in playmates, giving us classic girls next door -- until debased public taste from the tattoo generation forced him to publish peroxided bimbos w/bolt-ons.
