How Would You Handle This OT Trashy Story?

I hate that Im even mentioning this bc it reeks of trashiness but long story short my fiancee had a cousin whose 33 whose wife died unexpectedly on sunday. The cousin and his immediate family have no money so he called my fiancee who he talks to once every 4 or 5 months tops. He asked her to help pay for the funeral so I took the funeral home info and called and it was $3000 for cremation + 2 services. I paid for it no biggie I wanted to help out and it wasn't a ton of money.
Anyways fast forward to tonight, and the deceased girls family throws up a go fund me page to raise money for her final expenses and Im like WTF I paid for everything. I dont know her family or anything but one of my fiancees relatives sent us the link
No Im not leaving fiancee the family members are like 5 states away lol.
What would you do these bastards are raising money for something they didnt even pay for. Im having a Michael Browns dad "burn this bish down" moment right now

sadly cosmo she got a tick bite and was misdiagnosed for a while at just having the flu. She ended up in the ICU for 2 weeks, they amputated toes,fingers, etc but eventually her organs shut down and she died.

Keep your mouth shut and be skeptical of giving them money in the future.
Also, there are other expenses associated with death besides paying for cremation. You don't know all their financials.

Honestly I have no idea exactly what it was, it was from a tick bite though. Im not sure if caught earlier if it could have been stopped but the poor girl kept being sent home they kept telling her it was the flu or whatnot. Just fever and aches were symptoms then all of a sudden she had a heart attack and stroke and was in the ICU ever since till sunday night.
