Start carb backloading.

Recovery shakes.

ETA: You need to get rid of the lactic acid and move it around. Other posters saying this are correct. If you can get someone to massage it out, that works well. Otherwise stay hydrated and move around. Don't just take a few days off because you're sore.

Cold plunge for 10 minutes then hot tub for 10 minutes. Repeat if neccessary.
