How to handle a jealous person?

Say breaking up is out of the question. How would you deal with jealousy and possessiveness? Like going through your phone and email and getting mad about stuff from your past

You're the jealous one, aren't you.

Post about it to strangers on a message board for attention

I understand breaking up isn't an option, but seriously it's the only way to deal with it. If you continue to date someone that insecure, it'll never get better. You'll raise your concerns, they'll bow down, but still be insanely insecure and worried about what you're doing and its just toxic. They obviously don't trust you, and trust isn't something you can get back in a relationship. You can pretend you trust, make the other person think you trust, but once you stop trusting you will never fully trust them again.

Given your need for meaningless attention, you should probably just break up with a jealous person. It's the only option.

Develop an addiction of some kind and get them to help you overcome it.

You ask them vague questions with obvious hooks like "say breaking up is out of the question." Answering them will satisfy their need for attention and calm some of their self esteem issues.

I don't need any attention.
If I need something, I'll bang your wife for it.

You're an idiot, babe...it's a wonder that you still know how to breathe.

Never. But I've been trying to give my friend advice and I just keep telling her to say get over it and don't bring it up again or it's over
But I'm quick to break up

Posting selfies on a message board is the only way.
