This would be the best approach! Do it and when he questions you why you are doing it...just tell him you enjoy being out in your yard, you need the physical exercise, and you find it therapeutic. He will realize he is wasting his time and there should be no hard feelings.

Rip up the grass and lay rock down like they do in California and Nevada
Posted on 8/31/15 at 1:23 pm to DrunkerThanThou
Give him my address. I won't complain.
Posted on 8/31/15 at 1:47 pm to DrunkerThanThou
Have sex with his wife.

then grow some balls and tell him

Huh? Your wife must be a real ball-buster.

You should clamp off the hose to his oxygen tank. That'll teach the old bastard a lesson.

Leave the poor man alone---he's probably just bored and needs something to do.

PLEASE tell me what is going on in the unedited version of this gif. Something threw him in the air while stopping the play and freaking out all the players. Then the whole crowd starts cheering immediately. Did they edit out someone trucking him?

Did anyone say to build a moat?

Only the OT would bitch and complain about someone being a good neighbor.

Let him be. Find something else to improve in your yard, build or improve your flower beds, etc. Appreciate your neighbor, his heart is in the right place, understand that is important. Yes, you have the right to complain but try to see it in a positive manner.

His neighbor is a State Farm agent?

Buy one of those old fashion reel type manual mowers for $100. Give it to the old man and suggest that for your lawn, you will only abide him cutting it with this mower.
He'll soon lose interest in mowing your lawn.

Call the cops and tell them you saw a break in at his house
