Grew up in a very small town. My mother is still there, as are a few friends. Recently heard about a woman I know and her boyfriend blowing up her late mother's house for cooking meth. Saw the aftermath in person a few days ago and it's crazy-looking. I know all of her names/aliases and cannot find that she was arrested after this event. If she was sent to the hospital for burns, is it possible she isn't arrested yet? Kind of freaked out that this sh*t is going on where I grew up.

Look around. There’s bound to be evidence all over the place.

Honest question - if what you suspect is true, why do you care?

They’re on borrowed time anyway if they’re cooking meth. May as well not cost the state money.

Checked the sheriff's site and sort of "local" news. Nothing.

Because she was always bad news. Kind of want to read that she's been arrested. Schadenfreude, I guess.

Anyone remember years ago when there was a meth lab that blew up on the interstate? It was in a storage trailer and I don't know what happened, I just remember it caused traffic to back up on both sides.

Does the sheriff have an online inmate list like EBR? I believe that is St. James Parish, are they on Clerk Connect? If so, anyone with access could view their name and see if there are charges.

Maybe it wasn't meth? Just a gas leak?

I would just call the police department and ask them if you're interested. Their reports are public information.
