Franklin, TN has population of 65k and we have 5, I'm sure BR proper can support 2.

Even the Westbank in Nola (pop. ~250K) has three country clubs.

Correct.
It's about population numbers of certain socioeconomic levels and demographics.
Franklin TN is one of the wealthiest counties around I believe. There aren't poor people in Franklin besides farm hands.
