I'm 30 and luckily never had to because I get excused due to where I work.

35 (first time) I'm 42 now. Been called twice, and got out of it twice. The key is to piss off the defense attorney. Be all law and order, and insinuate that you are completely inflexible in your beliefs.

About 30. Was an alternate. Got called back twice again over the years, but did not serve.
