I was just using ChatGPT to update a recruiting ad and then used it type up a formal response to a client over a conveyance issue on a property I manage.

I honestly forget to use it when I should be utilizing it more. I bookmarked it on my home screen as a reminder.

How often are you using it for task that make sense for your field?

Do you find it saves you time and adequately does what you ask it to?

I still have to make some adjustments to both the ad and the response but overall it took what I initially wrote and greatly improved each.

Call me a grandpa but I don’t even know where to go to use or implement any sort of AI

Like how do you tell AI to write a Game of thrones book for example like I’ve seen ?

Wouldn’t know where to start

I briefly did pay for Midjourney to play around with the image generation but I just use free ChatGPT

ChatGPT chatbot is free but I dont think you will get it to write a whole book. A lot of tutorials on how to use it and how to best ask questions to get what you want out of it.

Anytime I struggle with sentence structure or need a cover letter for a resume. It has saved me a bunch of time.

This is what I needed today for my response to my client. It took what I wrote and made me sound semi intelligent which can be a tall task.

I won't touch it. I think it's of the devil, personally. Y'all can laugh at me. I'm not a fan. I consciously limit my voluntary interaction with it.

And I'm not a dope to not realize that AI does something in some part of everyone's lives nowadays.

I have hands. That doesn't mean I won't use a power drill over a screw driver.

Never. Ridiculous it's even being considered for anything except writing code.

Never, it’s not advanced enough to help with the type of commodity analysis I do. You can’t ask AI why soybeans are up 20 cents on the day… yet
