Been nice every time I have been pulled over by the cops. Took my ticket(s) like a man, and still living to talk about it. Some people are just dumb mofos...

Slow learner. The internet is not a great place to educate yourself on the law. You can be sent down a very slippery slope.

Comment on FB:

"I wasn't driving, I was traveling."

The cop should have told him that he wasn't assaulting him, he was helping him open the window and assisting him into the back of his police car.

People who pick fights with the police based on the exercise psuedo-law pretty much what they deserve what they get.

For example, if I interacted with a policeman and started spitting on him saying 'it's a free country, I can spit where I want', I would offer fairly good odds that my teeth would get kicked in.

Is that so hard for folks to understand?

You can't teach that kind of stupid. That's a natural right there .

Agreed. Nothing the copi did there was out of line IMO.

I am more than willing to give cops a bit of freedom when enforcing laws to those that have broken it...it's the ones who try to arrest you then figure out what for afterwards that I have no tolerance for.
