Now, first 6 hours Flys by as it's busy as hell. The last 1 or 2 hours somewhat slows down

If I have a few meetings, I stay busy most of the day but definitely am not heads down for 8 straight hours.
If I have little to no meetings, my work is 100% before lunchtime, and I'm going hit golf balls or goofing off playing video games and checking in hourly just to see if someone is looking for me for anything.
