Land is in Caddo Parish, approximately five acres, road accessible, mostly open with part lightly wooded. Just to establish property lines. What is a ballpark figure?

Edit: Thx to serious responders. Someone elsewhere had also mentioned Bowman, so I'll check them out.

Between $1 and $50,000. It's a big ballpark

Hopefully I'll eventually get a serious answer. I wish I had an extra set of arms, so I could give y'all four thumbs down.

Just a boundary survey should be ~ $1,000-1,500.

Anything more (Phase I Envoronmental, topo, etc.) will make that figure rise quickly.

That's IF there's competition in the local surveying market. There's some rural areas where there's only one of two firms in town and they can rape folks. I don't know if that's true in Caddo or not.

Good luck.

Phase I Environmental
local firm can do for $2k, but some mom and pop shops might offer for as low as $1500. Beware on quality of those surveys, though.

You should be able to get a survey for $2,000 or less, depending on how good and current the deeds are.
