employed as an academic, and i still can't believe i get paid to share my knowledge with students and write books and articles. i did this for nothing in graduate school :- P when i'm not working, enjoying the hell out of life enjoying the mountains and trails in arizona and looking for new and interesting things and experiences to share with my wife. i'm sure there are people out there that are living "larger" than i am but i'm happy as a clam just doing my own thing.

Just changed jobs, getting back in the business I enjoy. So things will be much more enjoyable from here on out. Enjoy my work, much of it will be entertaining people and traveling around S.E. Alaska.

Deep topic. I think about this a lot. These moments where I'm thinking "what am I doing with my life"?
I guess the thing is to live a life worth telling. When your book is closed will anyone care to listen? Find something you have a passion for.

i enjoy about 6 hours a day. usually 1 good hour at work, and then when i get off
