no it's the one where Tennessee Williams would entertain his buddies in his apartment across the street

Something about the line about Tennessee Williams entertaining his guests there when he lived across the street sounds like horseshite.

Paraphrasing.

Anyone else sick of the All Star commercial with the speed reading disclaimer that drones on for like 30 seconds at the end?

I figure that's just a euphemism for "He went there to pick up guys".

Good question. I finally switched stations this morning after hearing it as I was getting into my truck. Made me miss 15 minutes of the show but at least I probably missed 3 more of those comercials.

Yep. Moscone basically said he feels the same way about those comercials on air a few weeks ago.

I'd blame the comercials and the companies that are paying for them but 104.5 still plays LOTS of comercials with car horns honking and tires screeching in them which I personally feel is just not right.

My 3 year old son randomly shouted out, "All Star Family!" the other day when I picked him up from school.
Next he'll be talking about the lush courtyard or the ambiance. Stupid commercials!

Actually I think it's illegal for them NOT to have the disclaimers.

I change the station every time just to avoid the gobbledespeak

If he starts to say Caaahpy instead of Copy I'd say it's time to make the move to another station.

Been in the car for 15 minutes. I've heard it 3 times. Right on schedule. So many adjectives. If I hear lush or tranquil one more time today, I'll have to book a stay.

753-Caaahpy. That's 753-Caahpy.

The All Star commercial takes the cake for me. Station gets changed everytime for me...so you can imagine I change the station every 4 commercials.

These junk commercials remind me of the great local ones I keep seeing on TV...like the Go Auto Insurance and Auto Yes clown commercial. Just dreadfully awful
