How much is your first seatbelt ticket?

I had one back in highschool but not in like twenty years and the police said he didn't see any on my record so how much would that be. Like $50?

It really depends on your jurisdiction. Some places it is cheap, but then they add court fees, administrative fees, state police fees, sheriffs office fee, district attorney fee, clerk’s fee, paperwork reduction fee, and credit card processing fees. So you 25 dollar ticket comes out to around about figure of $350.

This is one of those fix it tickets, similar to when you have a broken taillight and you go back to the police station and show them that it’s fixed, if you go back and show them you are wearing your seatbelt they will dismiss the ticket
