Doing 85 on the causeway (I never freaking go that fast, just got back from a business trip, excited to get home and wasn't paying attention.). Have to go before the judge.

I think I'm gonna throw up. I haven't gotten a ticket in 10 years.

first off anyone who doesn't get a lawyer for a speeding ticket is a moron. It's almost always cheaper and a lawyer will always knock it down to a lesser charge.

I had a very similar ticket and it cost me $140 and that's it. I paid the lawyer $140 and poof gone.

When I was younger i practically had a lawyer on retainer I got so many tickets.

Damn, you gonna get fricked.

The speed limit still 60 on that mofo?

25 over will probably be about $450.

why do that if you live in South Louisiana. IF you don't know someone that can "fix it" for you, you are failing at life down here. I just drop mine off to be "taken" care of

I can only do that in one municipality. They don't have pull in other parishes. A lawyer is the way to go because they almost always keep it off your insurance. A $400 ticket can cost you $5000 in the long run if not more if it hits insurance.
