I have $106 showing but it is under an old PO Box I had 4 or 5 years ago. I filled out the form but it requires that I send in a copy of drivers license/ss card and proof that the PO Box address was once mine. How do you think I could get that? I don't have anything with that address still on it. Like I said, it's been a very long time.

You can probably go to the PO and they should be able to give you an old record showing proof.

They have been publicizing the hell out of this since at least the early 90s. I've seen countless newspaper articles and TV news stories on it. Kennedy has even set up tables in malls and searched names for shoppers.
Hard to believe there are still that many folks who are unaware of it.
