I just don't get people that think like that. I learned my lesson the First time.

There's a stigma with any divorce but I don't think most people really think "holy shite this person has problems" until divorce number two.

Why?

My 2cents.....Because marriage is a religious ceremony and commitment and not a civil agreement. If the government wants to issue "civil unions" for taxing, benefits, ect. purposes, then that's the governments role. The government should stay out of the "marriage" business and allow individual people and churches to decide if they want to participate/perform a marriage ceremony or not

I can understand people divorcing and then remarrying.... After the third or fourth time being married you have to start questioning yourself what's wrong with me....

It's the same people that get married and divorced over and over that throw of the stat of "What percent of marriages end in divorce?"

In my work group of 8 we had 11 marriages. Everybody was still in their 1st marriage except for one guy in his 4th.

I think there is about one person in every 7-10 people that is too stupid to pick a good spouse or is too sorry to make a marriage work.

This guys problem was that he was lazy and wanted to marry his momma, meaning someone to pick up after him, feed him, and do his laundry while he played softball or tennis.

I'm sorry that worthless women frick up otherwise decent men, but I really wish men like you would wear a sign around their neck or something to signify that you're damaged to that level so that decent women wouldn't have to pay the price for the bitter shell that a worthless woman left you to be.
