If I raise my daughter right and set a good example of what a loving, strong family man should be, then she will naturally gravitate toward someone emulating that set of values. In other words, I would trust my daughter to make the right decision. That might end up being a black man, which is fine, but that black man will culturally fit more in with white people.

I think culturalist is more applicable. I'm definitely a culturalist. I don't associate with people who do not share the values inherent in my culture.
