Hunting club outside of Clarksdale, MS for 8 days
Santa Rosa Beach, FL for 6 weeks

Lived with a friend in Old Jefferson during the 6 weeks and commuted to Santa Rosa for weekends.

The people we stayed with told us, "if the speed limit is 25, do 24"... They gave us the low down on the ticket situaton...

I'm proud to say not one ticket...

We had 8 people living at our house for 5 months in br. it was a mad house when friends and gfs would come over. My parents came to pick my grandmother up to bring her to Atlanta for a few months. That night we had 15 people plus dogs sleeping at our house. those first couple of weeks were crazy. Especially with school out and teachers being slack when LSU started back up.

Stayed in spite of thirty-plus inches of floodwater. Got real busy beginning on Day Two gutting and rebuilding. Got power on Day Eleven. Eventually had a FEMA trailer for a while on site, had Christmas in the restored house.

That's all I've got to say about that.

Moved to Florida a couple month after the storm and have yet to return to live.
