Work some type of cardio into my workouts. I literally do 0 cardio, just lift, and have gotten to the point where I get winded going up stairs at 26...it's pathetic. Oh and I'm a skinny dude
Start looking at making a serious career move around March. I'm at a dead end where I'm at and have gotten way to complacent. This is an important one

It's not really a resolution but I've fallen into the following pattern:
New Year's - Halloween: work out regularly and eat well.
Halloween - Thanksgiving: start to miss workouts, eat candy
Thanksgiving - New Year's: stop working out, eat like an Alabama fan at the Golden Corral.
So now I'm back on the eat right/workout kick...

I put down the cigarettes this year.. so far, so good. Haven't smoked one in over 2 weeks. Quit before new years due to being sick as hell

I went from Mid-January 2012 to February 14, 2013 without consuming any sweets whatsoever.
