I'm surprised how many people don't know that you don't have to beat the light, you just have to beat the stripe.

Not always true.
Cameras have popped me, and I entered the intersection legally.
I'm supposed to be able to exit it legally. But no, I got a ticket by Washington on ramp and Carrolton.
Not paying it. frick New Orleans.

The new thing popping up are tickets on your vehicle that you did not get.
Found out a couple weeks ago with a boot.
You have no recourse at that point.

Hauling arse into the light and then slamming on the brakes at the last second.
It's mostly women, but I see guys in trucks/vans/Hyundai Elantras doing this as well.

I start coasting as soon as the light turns yellow, even if I'm 100 yards away. Unless I think I can make it, then I floor it. People behind me hate me.
