How many here leave one radio station on in the car and never change it?

I typically have it on ESPN radio. However, I switch it to a couple of others during commercials or a show I don't care for.

Only when Delilah is on. I get sucked in and can't turn it no matter how many times Peggy from Dothan requests a commemorative Enrique inglesias song

It's usually two, and I go right to one or the other depending on what time of day it is. 740 KTRH or 100.3 the bull. Since Sirius gave me a random 3 months of satellite, it's now 3 including 90s on 9, only when we lose the other two. It will be two again next month.

Every time I put it on NPR it seems they are talking about some trivial stuff, and I get bored. Maybe coincidence but it seems less substantive programming than in the past.
