How long do your jeans typically last?

And what brand are they? I've been buying Banana Republic Jeans, but they always seem to wear holes at the corner of the back pockets in 2 years or less. Maybe this is normal, since I wear jeans 5-6 days a week, I just thought I'd get better wear out of them. Any other suggestions for jeans that aren't outrageously expensive ($50-75/pair)?

Gap every 3-4 years. Express has nice jeans also.

If you are willing to spend a little on initial investment, raw denim jeans will last for a long time if you take care of them. The best are usually American made (though the Japanese are who revived raw denim by copying 50's era Levi's) and somewhat expensive, but you won't need a pair of jeans for 3 or 4 years if you wear them every day, and can last much much longer if you buy two or three pairs.
Entry level raw denim usually starts at $100, but you can find quality deals at lower if you go to Nordstrom Rack and other places like that. These jeans usually fade nicely and look amazing in my view. Most are very rugged, since they are mimicking jeans designed from the pre-War era, which were stitched on hand-looms instead of machine looms.

You can get rock and republic jeans at Kohls for like $50, which is super cheap. IDK if you have Kohls out there but they have super cheap jeans!

Good lord. My $14 jeans from Walmart last for years.

I have a lot of jeans and will rotate them. I have some that are very old, but once they start fraying by my feet, I turn them into 'around the house jeans'.
I have a pair of Old Girbaud jeans from 1998 I can still wear though.

I've got Carhartts that I've had since 2009 and are still in great shape. Paid $40 for them at seasons end at The Mountain Shop in Skagway.

Here's a link to some Mister Freedom, which are very good. My friend has a pair and they look amazing.
Other companies like Railcar Fine Goods, Raleigh Denim, A.P.C. and Naked and Famous among many others that I can't remember right now offer all sorts of options for raw denim.
Here's a good article explaining what raw denim is. LINK
And here's a buying guide. LINK
I have a pair of Raleigh's and a pair of Tellason's, the former retails at around $300 a pair, but I got it for around 60 at Nordstrom Rack. The Tellason's retail at around 220, but I got mine for 50 from the ebays.
The ultimate in raw denim is this Japanese brand called Samurai. Highly prized, these jeans retail for around $400, last forever, and are extremely well-constructed.
See if there is a place that sells raw denim where you live. Try some jeans on. You should buy a size lower than you actually wear because these jeans will stretch and conform to your actual body shape. Wash them in hot water after 6 months of daily wear (never with other clothes) in a tub, and then wash them when they get dirty.
If you take care of them, they should last you a long time.

Raw denim isn't for everyone. I plan on buying one more pair of raw denim jeans, and then not buying jeans for a couple of years. I see it as an investment. I'd rather buy something I know is quality, something I know I can handle whatever conditions I find myself in, than to go the cheap route, which I've gone before and have been left very unsatisfied.
That said, my $50 pair of Levi's 511's are excellent and comfortable, and I wear them out if I need to go somewhere quickly, or if I'm hanging out around the house. If I'm going out, I wear the raw denim.
