How long did it take for your wife to get pregnant after stopping birth control?

My wife stopped using BC pills after 8 years of being on them about 2 weeks ago right before her period. She got off her period last Friday. I never pull out. What's the chances of expecting a baby?

Good luck with those wild hormonal changes, brother. I broke up with my last girlfriend because she turned into crazytown when those sweet, sweet estrogen pills stopped being ingested.

Be patient.
Some people take years with no BC. Some people take months. Some take days.

I always pull out. That's why your wife likes me so much.

The first time took about 2-3 weeks and we had the baby 3 months earlier than we wanted to since her doctor said to stop taking them a year prior to when you'd like to have the baby.
The second one took about 2-3 weeks as well and we had him exactly when we intended.

Minimal if she hasn't ovulated yet

Good luck if you're trying.

I think the avg couple trying usually takes 6 months.
But it mainly depands on ovulation, like 99% of pregancies occur within a 3 day window of the egg release (only lives 48 hours)
But even then, there are other factors, diet , stress, etc.
On your side, if you're trying and you want her to get pregnant, right before ovulation, go away for 72 hours, and then when you come back, screw her at ovulation. Studies show that if a guy has been out of touch with his woman for 72 hours, his semen has double the sperm load.
This is a subconscious effot in which you body thinks that there could have been another sperm donar while you were away so it double jacks to try to beat whoever was in her first.

She stopped taking BC in early March. Found out we were expecting in May.

Our first child was conceived while she was on birth control. Something about her being on antibiotics that made it ineffective. Second child one month off of birth control. Third was tougher for us. Six or seven months later but then miscarried two months in. Took a while after that, probably another six months.
Can't imagine what people that have fertility issues go through.

Put her feet up on the headboard and go to town.
