Jewel looks like she should have had her 1st bicuspids removed when she was young to allow her other permanent teeth more room to grow in.

I've heard that singers and the like are very hesitant to make surgical changes to their mouth/teeth. They worry that changing the natural shape of their mouth may affect their vocal abilities.

Teeth are a pretty big deal for me. Don't need to be perfect, but at least need to be ok to look at.
