Candians from the maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland) are cool as hell. Kind of like native Mainers with different accents.

I remember this being a question on my SATs:

LSU is to ULL as the US is to:

a) Bolivia
b) China
C) Iceland
D) Canada




It was the only question that I answered with any confidence.

Used to work for a Canadian company. They're a pretty weird group of folks as a whole. We even had a vice president travel 2500 miles to tell our group we were working too hard and the Canadians in our work group were getting upset about it (we were working a $12 million/year contract).

They also want to be England again really bad.

Why should Canada be insecure? It's a better realized vision of America than the United States at the moment. It's like a non-fundamentalist America...the true American Dream.

You do realize that the teams located in Canada are not totally made up of Canadians players, right?
