Don't feel like paying $60 to the shop.

I bet if you give the salesman a list of 10 of your friends' phone numbers, he will do it for free.

Of course, you'll have 10 less friends after.

If you were dumb enough to buy a rainbow, don't try to work a screwdriver all by yourself.

Rainbow vacuums are great, however I would not want a canister style vacuum to follow me around. Simply not worth it.

frick I didn't even know mine had a filter. I just cleaned 4 years of shite out of my filter. Thanks bro. My rainbow should be running like a champ.

Side story: My wife had the rainbow rep come over and do the demo. They wanted like $2800 for the vacuum so while the lady was vacuuming our floors I ordered one on Ebay for $1250.

You can buy the older ones even cheaper and then take up to repair shop. Doesn't cost much to replace belts and other stuff if needed.

Someone did this to us. It was one of the worst 1-hour stretches of my life. He didn't call either, just showed up.

I wasn't buying any of it, and then at the end he's clearly getting aggravated with me, he pulls out a microscopic photo of a bedbug and says.... "You know that taste in your mouth, and the crud in your eyes? It's the feces from these insects in your bed." Since vacuuming pillows was apparently something special with this vacuum, he tried to use a scare tactic. I kicked him out of my house after that.
