Idk that I can flex individual parts of my penis, I can just flex the whole thing at once. Is that normal? It gets bigger when I flex it and usually moves a bit

From what I can tell, that's 2 different muscles.
The one Kegel exercises train is the one that helps you stop peeing mid-pee.
The one that makes your erection spring straight up on command is close, but different.

Well the trick with the exercises is to stop ejaculation but still reach orgasm. So, whatever method you can establish that can do that.

I do exercises daily, usually while I'm sitting down for work. Gives me an extra 10 minutes, erections are stronger, and orgasms last maybe 10 seconds longer. Well worth it.
