You suspect Your wife, SO, mistress, or whatever other label of cheating. You have reasonable suspicions of who the culprit is. Do you confront the guy or girl to confirm your suspicion? How do you confront them if so?

This is VERY important, goofball. Makes big difference on how to approach the sitch.

Confirm without them knowing you suspect something. Become a PI for a couple of days.

get evidence forst. Hidden spy cameras, phone tap, phone records, etc. If you get evidence then you show her pics 4 minutes after you post it all on the OT.

I think most people who are being cheated on have to know deep down that it's happening.

Check text messages on here phone when she is not around every now and then and the question her a few times when her story about where she had been doesn't add up.

Then hire a PI if that doesn't work.
