How does one handle the burden of being the best crawfish boiler of all time?

It's been 4 years in College Station and when I get crawfish in from Vermilion Parish, women in this town have orgasms eating perfectly boiled crawfish!

*while I do know Aggie women rarely have orgasms because they live in College Station, Texas....I feel like Spider-Man with this power!*

Should I teach Aggies the way?

Do you poke holes it their Copenhagen cans and soak that in the boil?

All the Aggie women I know like to pinch and spit.

The crawfish came from my families farm where I walked barefoot and caught them myself as a kid....

I've cooked more crawfish in 1 year as a caterer than you have eaten in your life.

Back to the matter at hand, they go crazy over Chris Ardoin and Nustep....poor kids haven't seen culcha in their lifetimes.

Nice assumptions, and congrats on your achievement.

You could try but I doubt that they replicate your results. It is VERY difficult to boil crawfish just right. Most who try fail to some extent or another. Only a Chef steeped in Cajun Zeitgeist can make it happen.

The sad thing is they so want to be us or at least apart of our fabric.....but their isolation and dire need to stay traditional won't allow the assimilation to take affect.

I'll put my crawfish up against yours. I was shown the way by a man that looked like Spanish moss many moons ago.

it expresses sentimental value, so when he follows up with how long he has been doing something, or how well he does it..it comes off as a lot more solid.

No, it means with an endless supply I've done it so many times wrong that I've gotten it right.

No. It doesn't. It just means you're probably inbred.

Let's discuss methods and seasoning. I'd like to know how similar or dissimilar our methods are. I'm sure your hammered if you boiled today but do your best.

So, do you think others in louisiana have had the same access..and have got it right in less time than it has taken you?
