They are terrible at the uniform side also.

So bad that they are spinning off with a new name called Vestis.

Bring back the high school teams and groups running the concession stands.

Knights of Columbus used to handle the I-Bowl concessions and had some pretty good ballpark grub, don't know what it's like now, and whoever used to run concessions at USL's stadium was awesome back in the day, TS concessions suck and always have, Aramark sucks too, but then again so does Legends Hospitality, which is supposed to be top notch

. All about checking the boxes to the minimum acceptable standard for the lowest price.

What really annoys the shite out of me are when companies like Aramark get hired the people who picked them always congratulate themselves for getting the best quality for the lowest price.

Motherfricker when you pick the company w/the lowest price you are NEVER EVER getting the best quality and more often than not you aren't even going to get mediocre service.

Because we keep giving them our money. Everyone just needs to make a pact that we’re not going to buy anything other than drinks from the LSU concession stands. That’s the only way to get change. Idk why anyone gets food from the concession stands anyways. Not like we all just spent 4+ hours, feasting on everything in sight.

Because they are one of a few companies that can handle the volume of products needed for that many events.

It’s much easier to pay one company versus every event pay random local people.

It's essentially a business relying on temp and seasonal workers. I used to work concessions at the old box. I mean the amount of new people you get every game is crazy. My second day on the job I was in charge of the money and running an entire stand with temp workers who spoke broken English.

Who in their right mind would want to deal with that?

A&M did the same thing several years ago. They used to run everything in house but then they fired all the people who'd been there for years, brought in shite arse companies like Aramark, and then acted like they did everyone a favor b/c "we saved money" as if that school doesn't already print it w/the insane uptick in students they've brought in. (45k when I was there and now it's at 75k) Of course the food service went to absolute crap once they did it but hey gotta get that bonus for saving a few thousand bucks at a school w/a $18 billion system wide endowment.

They are big in the national park service as well. EBR Schools switched to HES... SOOOO much worse. Sodexo is another bad one.
