If the plane is in bad enough shape to require ejection, how does it keep going 80 miles before crashing? It wasn’t supersonic over land either. Very strange.

They finally found an eye witness to corroborate the governments official story about the F-35...

Check him out

80 miles isn't significant.

Really good glide ratio?

Physics.

It isn’t like it immediately nosedives.

Remember the movie Broken Arrow with John Travolta where the pilot fake crashed the plane to steal the weapons and sell to terrorists? Probably something like that.

Who said it was in bad enough shape to require ejection?

Obviously not significant during normal flying but ejection should be a last resort and he certainly shouldn’t eject while leaving autopilot on over a populated area.

Why would anyone eject from a functioning plane?

Let's just say the aircraft was going 300 kts when he ejected and auto pilot was on. You're talking 14 minutes to cover 80 miles

How fast was it going?

If it was subsonic, it means it was going no faster than 768mph.

If it were going 500mph, that corresponds with about 6 minutes of flight time.

And considering it had autopilot and the avionics packages on these things require the plane to handle things more than the pilot, 6 minutes seems realistic for it to be in the air albeit unstable.

I’m not saying it’s a conspiracy, just that the decision making by the pilot doesn’t seem all that great

Why would a pilot eject with autopilot on over a populated area considering it could fly for that long without a pilot. Could have killer people on the ground.

What was it's altitude at time of ejection?
