Define many? Unless this is some recent bullshite, I have never experienced this. I have problems with organized religion, but I have a hard time believing it has gotten to a point where they are taking away things that make being a kid fun.

He's a magic fat man who can fit down chimneys and has deer that fly. I think he can swing some sort of air conditioned suit for the hot regions of the world.
