re: How do I tell my wife that I don't like her gumbo?

That reminds me of when I broke up with my high school/college girlfriend. During the last week of our dysfunctional relationship, a lot of arguments took place, and during one of those arguments, she screams "and I hate your grilled cheese sandwiches". This was a low blow and I remember 30 years later because I really took pride in my world famous grilled cheese sandwiches. It was also is a reminder of what kinda girl I was dealing with. But, the point of my story. Don't tell her. She will remember for the rest of her life and the pain is severe.
