How do I fasten this back together?

Vehicle had bodywork done and I'm trying to go back and fix things that were damaged in the process. Apparently body shop people don't know how to take door cards off.





Broke my wood trim too, you can see my screw fix...need to get the leading edge better. Fixed the window trim by simply removing it, straightening it, and figuring out to install it correctly.

This door clip holder though, it's a complex shaped piece.
