Every single rich dude I know who is not above the age of 50 had a hair transplant. Lolz

Hair matters. Sure a girl/woman can overlook it, especially if she's already a S/O.

The only answer here is hair transplant. Might take 2-3 to get the density that you desire, but it's almost a no brainer.

On the cheap, finasteride, minoxidil, and nizoral 2% is the industry standard.

You can try PRP, even mix with Acell. If you've got the cash get a LLLT Theradome helmet.

Good luck

He's too young for HT IMO, but OP if you do go transplant route, go FUE vs strip, ask the doc what size punch he using to extract and how deep are his punches (anything above 0.8 in size and 0.4mm deep is too much), and how many 1's, 2's, 3's & up he extracted. You want only 1's & 2's in frontal third.

Less than 10% gets a good result in one session. Plan on at least a touch up follow up session.

Gordy Rush is that you? Lolol

Good info in that post. I would definitely advise anyone to expect to have atleast 2 transplants for density purposes. I've seen some really good ones in town and these dudes look 10 times better with a head full of hair.

I got friends that are holding on to dear life what little hair they have. They try and style it all sorts of ways to make them not look like they are losing their hair. They thing is though, everyone pretty much knows they have all but lost their hair and it's not like it's not noticeable

Started shaving mine @ a #2 earlier this year. Got used to the look, wouldn't go back. I'm only 26.
