Any baws been in the past? I started a home project a couple days ago. Just need a few more pieces of lumber to finish.

They were closed today so looking like I’m going there first thing in the morning (6:00am) to try and beat the housewives buying their husbands tool kits and soy boys going to buy cheap Christmas decorations and a rug for Black Friday.

I it better to be there when they open, or is the crowd better after the rush?

Wives and soy boys won’t be in the lumber section or the contractor checkout line

You would be better served to go at 8:00. A lot of fools at 6:00 but all clear a couple hours later

It’s not bad. A few people line up for door busters that’s about it

It'll look like a cartel fight in the middle of Tijuana over on the contractor side.

I was in Lowe’s yesterday and saw more batteries in one place than ever in my life. They had tons of flashlights and other gift type items clogging the aisles. Plus stacks of stuff covered in black plastic with signs saying Black Friday surprises,

Home Depot likely won’t be so bad. Seems to be a more straight hardware joint.

I had to go grab some stuff last year for a project later morning around 10 or 11. Road traffic sucked but it wasn’t absolutely terrible in the morning.

Yea, I made a few trips Tues and Wed and the aisles were all clogged up with shite soy boys buy. Even in the lumber aisles. Couldn’t hardly navigate if you had a cart full of wood.

It is pretty frustrating if you’re in there routinely for construction materials. They have the aisles clogged with gimmicky cheap built Chinese crap.

Crowd is typically better after the rush. There will probably be a long line to get in.

The fact that your first thought wasn't I'll just go to insert name of local real lumber yard to avoid the BF madness at the big boxes indicates to me that your Man Card is missing enough punches that you are likely to pick up a pumpkin latte on your way back home.
