How bad did the state street area get?

Saw the pictures but I know there are some lower laying areas like tiger manor and other complexes closer to the lake off dalrymple. Anyone know if all those buildings got water? I have friends at tiger manor that live in the back building. Was wondering if that one flooded. I'm sure the other two did based on the pics in the advocate.

I saw a picture of tiger manor where water was up to a cars roof.

I have friends on Ivanhoe and their house had water up to the windows at least

Yea it's pretty low down there. I know it gets higher towards that back building. But that was a shite ton of water from what I saw
