Here is the thing. This cop should be disciplined. Period. BUT....if the perp had pulled a gun and the cops had fired back.....there would be riots in the streets. There is no right way to handle that situation in which the minority community would accept.

Tbh.. if the cops would have had a gun out and kicked the guy in the shin telling him to get up.. then shot him dead.. .. it would be about par for the course.
The defense on here would be that "he moved towards the cop in an aggressive manner" or "lol thug pos deserved it" or maybe "lol play stupid games win stupid prizes"
