The kind that make enough money to pay someone else to do it and would rather spend all their extra time doing other things.
I hunt and/or fish every weekend and my wife either shops or spends time doing things with the kids. I hardly call us lazy.

Some people would like to raise their kids themselves instead of relying on daycare, etc to do it.

It's not a question of ability. There are only so many hours in the day. I/ my wife can spend our time at home cleaning and doing chores 
or we can spend it doing something fun with our son and let someone else do chores
