Guy or his buddies probably own said business. That type of thinking is completely asinine, so bc a handful of businesses sell inspection stickers the rest of us have to pay them as some sort of charity.

Entire states seem to manage to let their citizens get by without inspections.

thats because your guy didn't remove all the old glue. my guy never fails me and he doesn't check shite. just scrapes, cleans, and puts on new.
