The long haired hippy homeless guy sits outside every day for months now. He has a phone and some type of reader/tablet he charges frequently. He shows up around 7 every morning and stays till dark. He has conversations to people in the sky, often getting mad or laughing at them. My son is amazed by him and calls him the man who made bad decisions.

Has anyone ever talked to him? What's his story?

I've seen him lay down on Baringer Foreman for a nap....like right in the middle of the road.

You can't judge a book by its cover. An old boss of mine used to pull down around $300K/yr. back in the '80s. The guy had simple tastes (though his wife was very high maintenance). He bought a nice big house around city park and was doing his own renovations. Every morning he'd go read the newspaper and have a cup of coffee at a local cafe - always dressed in old dirty blue jeans and a t-shirt that he was working in. People would try to buy him breakfast because they thought he was homeless. Dude was a multi-millionaire.

Id be very interested to know how much money CFA lost bc of people not going there anymore due to changing the bbq sauce for about two months. Theyve since changed it back but I spoke to many CFA employees who said the reaction wasnt well received at all.

There's a homeless guy (I'm assuming homeless) who is always at the library's main branch in Monroe. It's right around the corner so I go in fairly frequently and not once have I been there and he wasn't there.

He's always writing on these index cards (never seen him doing anything else) and I've always been curious what he's writing down.

The homeless camp under the bridge on college drive is a small village. They have tents and bonfires every night. There has to be like 15 people living in it
