Most likely not legal. If they gave everyone a discount, regardless of color, in appreciation of white history month they may be able to pull it off

Yea this is most definitely not legal. Cannot discriminate on price on basis of race.

Mexicans are white, their heritage is Spain which are white people. I know several Mexicans with blue or green eyes. Only the darker Hispanics are not white because they race mixed with the Aztecs a couple hundred years ago when Spain conquered Mexico

Dude, the majority of Mexicans are Mestizo, which is a mixture of Native American and Spanish.
