Mandeville city limits doesn't go that far up Hwy 59. People consider it Mandeville but actually the school is outside the city limits. People also use to think that Southeastern Mental Hospital (by Fountainbleau Park) was in Mandeville, but its not.

Dude, the term "city limits" only has to do with police coverage and stuff like that. Pretty much anything north of Hwy 22 and Hwy 190 is outside the city proper or city limits. STPSO handles police coverage north of those streets. It doesn't mean those other areas are not actually part of Mandeville.

Since most female teachers in the exact same situation get probation to 2 yrs of jail time I'm going to propose he gets at least 10 years in the pen. Because equality ya know.
