Is complete and utter bullshite. The first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one. Own it fatty! Then you can fix it.

I somewhat agree with him. I see kids, prob have never been disciplined or told to do anything in their life, that are obese as shite. Super fat. That's got to be parenting issues, a product of their environment. They don't know any better.

Now some of those kids will get older and lose weight, but some I assume will just stay fat the rest of their lives. I see these lil kids that can barely waddle around. I feel like slapping the shite out of their parents.

Everything is society's fault. There is no longer any personal responsibility.

The secret to not gaining a ton of weight: Don't eat everything you see.

That's it.

Good friend of mine is a pediatric endocrinologist. They are seeing adolescents with Type II diabetes now. Turn that over in your mind for a bit.

He's right about that to an extent. Up until the last 40 or 50 years, just going about your daily life burned significantly more calories than it does now. People are genetically predisposed to conserve energy as a survival strategy. Unfortunately, technology now allows them to conserve so much energy it's become a health hazard.

For kids I would have to agree. But what's ironic is that these disgusting SJW'S are REINFORCING THOSE SOCIETAL PROBLEMS by letting kids think it's OK to be fat.

This fat tub of lard doesn't even realize he's adding on to those problems.

I've lost 50 lbs in the past 4 months. I definitely feel better, but I don't necessarily feel better about myself. I was comfortable at that weight, just as I am comfortable now. Losing weight wasn't about confidence or looking better. It was about being around longer. I am having a son in Sept, I want to live longer and be able to play basketball with him when he is a teen. Something my dad couldn't do with me.

I weighed 30 lbs more than this guy did at his heaviest, but I looked a lot better. I mean, I'm only down to 267 now. I've always had wide shoulders and thick legs though. I'm built like a nose guard. That guy was built like the marshmallow man.

I get so tired of the pussy attitude people have these days. Life has gotten to easy.
