That's cool. And I wasn't calling your article stupid. I was implying that the article is bound to be full of stupid content... which it is.

it's gone totally insane at this point.

7) I'm much more confident now that I've lost weight — but I wish I could have found a way to be comfortable in my skin even without the weight loss
Hopefully the guilt gets ratcheted up so much these SJWs just start taking their own lives.

not posting a link is stupid and beneath a 300k+ poster. no worries

Ours is a culture that simultaneously incentivizes people to gain weight and stigmatizes them when they do, and then offers the bull shite promise of instant weight loss through some miracle diet or incredible exercise secret.
How does our culture incentivize people to gain weight? Welfare? That's going against the grain for a SJW.
He doesn't look like a stupid person. Obv, looks can be deceiving.

He appears to be a hoarder too.

Why are white people the only race to do this kind of shite?
#1. They aren't. My cuban aunt (by marriage) is the worst.
#2. People that do this are desperate to be a part of something that they think is important. Some cause to make their boring lives (easy lives) have some meaning.

He'll always be a fatty at heart. I think its kind of sweet.
I read an article just like it by a female. I couldn't tell you when or where I found it, but it was a similar story. She was large, and she lost all this weight and became pretty hot.
Her story is different in that she didn't find that losing the weight changed how she behaved -- she was always decently outgoing. She said losing weight caused people to listen to what she said (when they didn't before) and see her as a "full person" and not just a fatty. She said she was glad to get all of this new attention and respect that she never had before, but it made her realize how much of it she didn't have when she was fat.
I have no feelings either way, but I thought the article was interesting enough.

I love and hate that the internet has shown me that these people exist
Honestly, I think the internet has 'caused' some of this crap. People are either constantly trying to stick out or act as if they have some nuanced take on some societal issue.

5) A quick but vital sidebar: It's so much easier to be a fat man than a fat woman
Well, he honestly doesn't know that for sure, since he's not an obese woman. But I won't disagree with the point though.

6) I needed to lose weight, but that doesn't mean everyone has to
Depends on how you define "need." If you want to be healthy, then being morbidly obese isn't a good thing. If you don't give a frick and are cool with the potential problems being obese carries with it, then you don't "need" to lose weight.

I desperately wish that weren't the case.
I say that because everything I've just written perpetuates our noxious, damaging cultural narrative on weight and obesity.
then why doens't this fatass just stuff his face and go back to being happy as a claim at 285 again? Oh, because people probably treat him better now and he has more confidence and looks better and healthier and can move around easier. He wants to keep all that. Frick this guy.

There are few things I love more on tigerdroppings than a good SJW thread by SFP.
Thanks, Slo.

So he feels guilty for doing the best thing he's ever done for himself?
And this:
Is complete and utter bullshite. The first step to solving a problem is admitting you have one. Own it fatty! Then you can fix it.

That's what I'm gathering - is there a specific term for this level of delusion?
